About this tool
Vigil is a macOS menu bar app that keeps your Mac awake while coding agents work, then releases the hold when they finish, fail, or wait too long. It uses lifecycle hooks to track agent sessions, follows sub-agents, and stays within reach from the menu bar. A one-time $3.99 purchase, no subscription or sign-in required.
