shortshort.io turns one long video you own (talk, podcast, course, webinar; MP4, MOV or WebM up to 3 hours and 2 GB) into vertical 9:16 shorts. It transcribes word by word, picks passages of 15 to 90 seconds that start and end on a complete sentence, reframes each one on the speaker's face, keeps slides full-frame, captions every word in one of four styles and exports MP4 1080x1920 at 30 fps.
