About this tool

Orkas is an open-source, local-first desktop application for coordinating multiple AI agents from a single conversation. A Commander plans work, delegates tasks to specialist agents in parallel or sequence, and returns the results in a shared thread. Users can choose models and providers, connect tools and services, and work directly with existing local projects on macOS, Windows, and Linux.
