MeetWave is a Windows desktop app that records your meetings by capturing system audio and your microphone directly on your machine, so no bot ever joins the call and other participants see nothing. It works with Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams and any other app that plays sound. After the meeting it transcribes the recording and generates an AI summary with action items, decisions and follow-ups, with more than 15 summary formats tailored to sales, engineering, HR and consulting. Recording is always started by you, and your data stays under your control.
