Put a card on the counter. A customer taps it with their phone and lands on your
branded page, where two options sit side by side: leave a public Google review,
or send private feedback straight to you. Both are always visible. Nobody gets

happy they are.

That constraint is the point. Review gating — showing the Google link only to
happy customers — breaks Google's policies and, in Australia, ACCC guidance.
