About this tool

Intertakt is an interval timer for HIIT, Tabata and rounds that keeps running with the screen off or the phone in your pocket. Countdown beeps and voice cues play over your music, and sessions survive calls and app switches without resetting. Free tier offers unlimited workouts with no ads, while a one-time Premium purchase adds unlimited custom plans, history and JSON export.
