About this tool

CutoutBG AI is a free online background remover. Upload a JPG, PNG or WebP and the AI separates your subject from what is behind it, keeping soft edges like hair and fur as partly transparent pixels rather than a hard outline. From the same panel you can download a transparent PNG or put the subject on a solid colour, a blurred version of the original, or a photo of your own. Three images a day need no account at all, ten a day when you sign in with Google. Free results come at full resolution, with no watermark, and you may use them commercially.
