About this tool

We're the makers of SlotSheet.
Drop in a sign-up export (CSV or .xlsx) with names and slot times. You match the columns once, so you can use exports from tools such as SignUpGenius, SignUp.com or Google Forms.
Adds up hours per volunteer: end time minus start time for each sign-up, times the number of spots, totalled per person. Rows it can't read are listed, not silently counted.
Download a CSV per volunteer, per family/class, or of every sign-up. A printable summary for your board meeting or a grant application.
Your file is processed in your browser and never uploaded.
